In 2018 this unique and dynamic festival will celebrate its 10th anniversary. 5 weekends of festivities, featuring the most popular major works from the chamber music repertoire chosen from ten years of concerts, performed by some of the great names of today’s world classical music scene. Variously described as sophisticated, chic or “très cool”, this very popular classical music festival attracts music lovers from all over the Charente and further afield, connoisseurs and novices, young and old alike. With concerts in beautiful Charentais venues that lend themselves to the magic of this music, each event is followed by receptions, meet the musicians, markets of local producers and events for children, with additional social events promoted by the «Friends of the Festival».
