CRISTINA CAZAC was born in Moscow in 2003. She started playing the violin and the piano at the age of 4. Cristina is a laureate of many international competitions as a soloist (both on violin and piano) and also in chamber performance; the European Music Competition “Città di Moncalieri”, the International Competition “Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart”, the International Music Competition “Antonio Salieri’’. She studied in Conservatorio “Arrigo Boito” of Parma and under the supervision of Sergey Krylov, Dimitri Shishlov and Georgy Levinov at the “Accademia del Ridotto” in Stradella (Pavia). She is currently studying at the Universität Der Künste Berlin with Peter Rainer. She has also participated in many masterclasses both as a soloist and chamber musician, with Professors Ilya Grubert, Sergey Krylov, Mihaela Costea, Dalia Seselgiene and Ivan Rabaglia.

Cristina has performed as soloist with the “Arturo Toscanini” Philharmonic Orchestra with the director Świętosław Moszegow and with the LandesJugendSinfonieOrchestra Hessen with the director Nicolás Pasquet. She plays a violin by A. Leicht. Since 2020 Cristina has been an EUYO member.
