Yujie Wang

Born in Guangzhou, China, Yujie Wang (viola) is an active chamber musician and has performed extensively in Europe, the United States and China. She has participated in major international chamber music festivals; Yellow Barn, Stellenbosch International Chamber Music Festival, Morningside Music Bridge, Prussia Cove, Schiermonnikoog Festival and is holder of the Delius Society Prize.

Yujie Wang is currently pursuing her Master of Music degree at the University of the Arts Berlin with Prof. Hartmut Rohde having previously studied at The Juilliard School in New York with Prof. Carol Rodland and the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire with Prof. Louise Lansdown.

As a soloist and ensemble musician, Yujie has appeared in concert tours with LGT Young Soloists in Europe, Asia and Australia. She has collaborated with a wide range of distinguished artists, including Nobuko Imai, Lars Anders Tomter, Timothy Ridout, and Garth Knox.
