Born into a musical family, ANNE-CLAIRE GORENSTEIN (violin) began playing the violin at the age of four. She studied with Florin Szigeti and Larissa Kolos at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique in Paris, where she won several first prizes and worked regularly with Alexandre Benderski. In 2014, Anne-Claire Gorenstein was appointed concertmaster of the Orchestre Prométhée, with which she explores the symphonic repertoire and participates in numerous opera productions (by Bizet, Mozart, Puccini, Rossini, Verdi, Wagner, etc.). She has performed in the most prestigious concert halls (Salle Pleyel, Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, Théâtre du Châtelet, Salle Gaveau, Arènes de Nîmes) and at numerous festivals.

Recent engagements included a 20-show tour of the New York City Ballet at the Théâtre du Châtelet, where she played the greatest solos in the ballet repertoire, as well as at Roberto Alagna’s 30th anniversary gala at the Théâtre Antique in Orange. She has just enjoyed great success at the ‘100% Classique’ festival in La Grande Motte for her interpretation of Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, at the Radio Classique Festival in Saint-Malo in recital with clarinettist Florent Héau and for her interpretation of Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto.
